How we create your new wood effect aluminium bifolding door.
Your stunning new wood effect bifolding doors get a high quality durable base coat. Once this process is complete, the aluminium bars are wrapped in a special bag containing the wood effect detailing.
The aluminium bars are placed in a special ‘sublimation oven’ and baked at 200 degrees. With this oven process, the wood effect bonds onto the aluminium profiles and creates an even stronger finish than the powder coating itself.
This sophisticated process creates a wood effect finish that looks just like the real thing. Best of all, in the event of damage to the wood effect finish, repair is easy thanks to a touch-up pen.
