We are delighted to re-open our showroom and welcome you back to Open Living. As always, the safety of our customers and staff remains our priority.
The Open Living team remains committed to observing Government advice and guidelines.
Our showroom is open to both walk-in customers as well as on an appointment basis. We are happy to arrange pre-booked appointments. Please telephone us or use our contact form.
We reserve the right to limit the number of walk-in customers and keeping to recommended social distancing guidelines.
Any customers requiring email, remote or electronic quotations, these remain available.
Some of our showroom measures include:
- Keeping to recommended social distancing guidelines and restricting access to the total number of staff and customers at any given time.
- Regular and increased cleaning and sanitising of the showroom area and all displays.
- Face masks must be worn at all times.

Previous updates in response to Coronavirus/Covid-19 2020
Following the gradual reopening of business in the summer, and subsequent lockdown in November, the supply chain is actually coping very well.
Open Living is able to trade more-or-less as normal and are busy helping customers plan and complete their home-improvement projects.
You can still plan home your improvements in person or online.
Even if you are self-isolating or staying at home for any other reason, there’s no need to delay planning your home improvement project. Here is how we can help you keep your project on track, even in these challenging times.
We are open for quoting and more
Our showroom is open and we are also available on the phone, by email and via our website. You can also get in touch with us on our Facebook page.
We have the tools in-house to prepare quotations in person or remotely. If you have sizes, plans, builder drawings or any other information relating to your forthcoming home improvement, we can still talk to you about it and prepare a quotation.
We can even carry out facetime or video calls with you if you’d like to take a look at the products in our showroom while you are at home.
We can still survey and process your order.
Surveying your prepared builders opening or existing window and door apertures only relies on one member of staff. Our trained surveyor can therefor visit your home, observing Government guidelines on social distancing and preventing transmission of the virus.
4. Improved stage payments for you.
Our typical deposit is 60% of the contract value when you place your order with Open Living. We then ask for a further stage payment before installation and a final payment upon completion.
Save money now. We are accepting 10% deposits where our customers are ready to schedule their home improvement project with us now.
