Grey bifolding doors with integral glass blinds

Property Description

A house with a newly built extension, designed for a double aspect set of Origin corner bifolding doors.

Work Carried Out

Open Living supplied and installed a corner set grey Origin folding doors, each side in a three-panel configuration.  The doors are polyester powder coated in dark grey RAL 7015 matt on both sides.

Each door set is 3metres wide with the lead doors on each set meeting on the corner.  There is also the choice of two traffic doors, to be used like a standard door when you don’t want to fold the panels back.  The bifolding doors feature contrasting-colour Hafi premium handle, separate security cylinder and colour matched door hinges.  The doors feature finger safe gaskets, 8-point locking system and trickle ventilator to the frame head.  A matching powder coated cill completes the installation.

The doors are enhanced with our Screenline integral glass blinds, with a powder coated matching frame and dark grey slats.  Integral blinds are permanently housed between the toughened glass panels and operated by discreet magnets on the inside.  These particular blinds are cord-controlled.

The advantage of integral blinds is that they will never need cleaning or gather dust.  Fitting integral blinds in your bifolding doors gives you all the privacy and shade you need while enjoying the modern appearance of your new bifolding doors. No need to obscure your doors with curtains or after-market blinds.
