Open Living supplied and fitted a set of bifolding doors for us on an extension carried out in May/June 2016. I was very happy with how professional everything was handled from the choosing and ordering to the final fitting, and the finished article was of a first-class standard. I would be very happy to recommend OPEN LIVING for any future works and will be using them again for my future projects.

The pre-sales service was excellent and the staff couldn’t be more helpful throughout the process. The advice we received and help with ordering the roof lantern was above and beyond what most companies would do. There was a slight delay in delivery due to an oversight in ordering the integral blinds but it was only a couple of weeks. The installation guys knew exactly what they were doing and installed the doors perfectly. They were knowledgeable, professional and very nice guys to have in your home. The build quality of the product itself is excellent and it looks very good and works well. The doors have only been installed a few months but so far everything works just as we hoped. The only slight thing that could be improved is the pre-survey information. We wanted the interior tiles to finish flush with the bottom of the internal frame and were told by telephone that we couldn’t have it, so we have a 20mm step-over. When the surveyor arrived to do the site survey he told us we could have had it but it was too late then. The doors still look great and we are delighted with the overall service and have no hesitation in recommending Open Living and would buy from them again. June 2016
